She is completely off nursing and the bottle(WAHOOO!) and drinks 3-4 cups of whole milk a day...at least that's what we offer her. Her last time nursing was the Sunday before her 1st birthday. I wasn't sure if it'd be her last time nursing, but we were both ready and neither of us have looked back. I'm so incredibly thankful that the whole nursing thing worked out this time. An answered prayer for sure! But glad to be done :) It took her a week or so to transition fully to the cup(she was used to warm breast milk or formula) but she is doing great now.
About Allie: Loves to eat just about anything though her greens tend to end up on the floor-takes 2 naps a day for about 1 1/2 hours-sleeps 7:30p-7:30a most days-doesn't crawl much anymore...a little walker-curls beginning to show-6 teeth and molars starting to come in :(-holds her arms out and runs in for a hug-enjoys music-babbles like crazy..can say "Peeah Boo" aka peek a boo, mama, dada, "Dais" and "Haee" though she doesn't say it much. Beginning to try and repeat things-waves-throws balls-loves the water-separation anxiety has started..got called out of the church service a couple weeks ago-wants to do what brother and sister are doing-enjoys reading books-loves being outside-she has some spunk to her.

Hard to believe that our precious little Allie is One !!! Loved these pictures of all three at their first birthday. Loved the video of Allie walking. She was determined to walk! Love all three of them.
