Davis is 4!!! On October 19th 4 years ago, our precious-little-4 week early-first born-"preemie" burst into the world and our lives were forever changed. Davis is no longer a little toddling toddler but a full fledged BOY now! Wow I'm a mommy of a 4 year old...4 just seems so much older than 3! He had his 4 year well check up this morning and checked out perfectly "Gigantic"(in the words of our ped)! 50 lbs and 43.7 inches tall...umm yep off the top of the chart for both height and weight! The ped still gets a kick out of the fact that he was a "preemie".
LOVE this sweet boy of ours! He brings such a joy to our family. Davis: cautious, a thinker, people pleaser, enjoys leading, full of energy, loves to play outside with friends, social, incredibly verbal, loves to watch "movies" and read books, beginning to try and read, can almost count to 30, knows all colors shapes and letters, not into sitting and writing, loves to paint, enjoys singing and dancing to music and putting on shows, pizza is his favorite meal, enjoys yummy sweets, loves his sisters, loving preschool and particularly enjoys being dropped off in the carpool line and walking to class by himself, naps 4-5 days/week for about an hour or so, enjoying riding his new bike.
On his birthday, he opened a few gifts from Mommy and Daddy and then we enjoyed dinner at his choice..Sweet Tomatoes!

We invited 3 boys to join us at Catch Air this past Saturday and then for ice cream and cupcakes at our house. Kids had a blast!

Ummmm....he is way bigger than my 5 year old....parker was 44.9 inches and 41 lbs at his check-up in July and if you think 4 is old.....just you wait! Happy bday davis
