So, I've been out of blogger world lately. Synopsis of past couple weeks: Feeling a little "blah" and quite simply haven't wanted to blog-bought our tree and decorated it which the kiddos loved-inside of the house lit up with Christmas lights-Happy 7 years to my wonderful husband Matt!-play date at Catch Air with friends-wedding shower for my dear friend, Rebecca(so excited for you!). So lets just jump up to date shall we :)
...I just LOVE the month of December. We're creating new family traditions and Davis and Haley LOVE it! Here is our advent calendar(thanks Mom!) :) Matt and I write down something on a card each day and place it into the pocket. Davis rushes down every morning(sometimes toooo early!), pulls out a card and asks one of us to read what's in store for the day! ..sometimes mommy forgets to put it in until the morning but each brings something new and fun :)
Here are a few things we've come up with so far: make snowman ornaments-go to the Children's Nativity program and then to the Alpharetta Christmas tree lighting-new Santa Christmas socks tucked inside a pouch-drive around and look at Christmas lights in new Christmas pjs-"snow cream" at CFA-give chicks, lambs and a water filter to Samaritans Purse, make a gingerbread house etc.

So cute. Love those new traditions. Davis is getting thin through the face, becoming a little boy and not a baby anymore. :( Got your Christmas card today, so cute and Brice took one look at Allie and said, "that is a cute baby!". Get ready, Matt got two boys over here for your two girls. ;)
